9:07:22 AM Chairman Vincent Call to Order, Moment of Silence, Pledge of Allegiance. Present were Commissioners Vincent, Mitchell and Murdock, Deputy County Attorney Dinwiddie and Acting Clerk to the Board Mary Miller.

9:10:10 AM Road & Bridge Department Superintendent Lee Provance Opened the following bids: Big Sky Asphalt, $381,076.80; and JTL Group $414,795.88. Will review and take under advisement coming back with recommendation at Monday office meeting. Noted an amendment to the bid packet was sent out establishing that bids would be received until June 14, 2004, 5pm, rather than June 15, 2004, 5pm.

9:14:31 AM Clerk and Recorder Shelley Vance Opened the following bids: Gardner Auction Service-Missoula; Vellinga Auction Company-Bozeman; and Musser Bros. Auctioneers-Billings. Bids were turned over to Deputy County Attorney Kate Dinwiddie for review.
